Our First Responders are trained to FREC 3 level and are equipped to respond to life threatening emergenices and help relieve symptoms and anxiety in the initial stages of an incident until an emergency vehicle can attend.

 

In addition to the standard FREC 3 skills, the staff are trained in the use of medical gases and can administer over the counter analgesia.
